First Day of Preschool!

Margaret didn't skip a beat going to preschool. She talked to everyone who greeted her about how her "shoes are slipping, but they're o.k." so Mommy had to run home to change shoes. Rookie mistake putting her in new shoes right before leaving the house on the first day of school! Margaret was showing her new lunch box to Mrs. Cox as I slipped out the door. Virginia not only sleeps through the night (finally!) but now she is showing off her mad skills. Sitting up for several seconds without falling!

The Morgans Come for a Visit

Laura, John, Louise, and Addison came for a visit at Birdbank this weekend.  The girls had a blast and the adults did too! Virginia and Addison are 2 weeks apart in age and Louise and Margaret are 6 months.

This one cracks me up. It looks like Margaret is about to eat Louise!

Finally, the week was complete with a quick visit from Margaret's Nashville Godmother, Julie! Love her!

Georgia 2012

We had a great weekend visiting Uncle, "Peach," and the cousins! Margaret had a blast and, truth be told, would LOVE to have a large family with tons of children. Not going to happen, so at least we can have cousin love in Georgia! I wish I had more pictures of the adults, but Margaret's first boat ride was captured.

Splash Valley water park in Roanoke County was so great! Fun had by all. Check out the pictures Thomas took with his phone.

Next important message is that Mommy is thrilled that Virginia is taking the bottle like a champ! She has taken it at 10:00pm and at 6:00 from me! I think we are truly over the hump!

Delighted she is downing 6 ounces with me and no fight!
