Memorial Day at Birdbank

We had such fun playing at Birdbank on this beautiful weekend. "Weezie" was thrilled to have all of her grandchildren there.

Grandpop was so excited but he didn't sit still to get his picture taken!  Temple enjoyed some downtime with her youngest while Beck was entertained by all of the activities.

Andrew enjoyed some fishing--- the fish, on the other hand, did NOT enjoy his presence!

Thomas and I love the new look! It won't last long folks, she will be getting a haircut soon. We will enjoy while it lasts!

No, Margaret is not trying out for the lead in Annie, this is just what her hair looks like these days!

We call this look "the beach pout"

We had a fun weekend at the beach!  Margaret is no beach bum-- she hates the sand..... and the water. Oh, well, we will work on that!

playdate and mother's day

We had such fun with Caroline and Tahra (until Margaret had a meltdown).  Caroline was so sweet to give Margaret everything she wanted. She even tried to lead Margaret around by her hand but Margaret doesn't know how to do that yet.  I will say that Margaret has found a new love--- HOTDOGS! She gobbles them up.

Margaret also enjoyed the Mother's Day dinner hosted by Daddy.  She had both sets of grandparents there, a real treat.  Mama loved her mother's day kiss!

Margaret is in love with her water shoes and wants to wear them everywhere.  To avoid a show-down today, I let her wear them to Kroger.
